These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by K3 Kustoms Welding & Metal Fabrication ("K3 Kustoms", "we", "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Service Agreement
Any work performed by K3 Kustoms is provided on a project-by-project basis. Specific scope, timelines, and deliverables will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work. Verbal estimates are not binding until confirmed in a written quote.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on the project information provided at the time of quoting. Estimates are subject to change if the scope of work changes, additional materials or labor are required, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project. Any change will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work is performed.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your written quote or invoice. A deposit may be required before work begins on custom fabrication projects. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of quoting.
Limitation of Liability
K3 Kustoms warrants the workmanship of welds and fabrication for the period stated in your written quote or contract. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, modification by others, normal wear, structural overloading, corrosion not caused by our workmanship, or events outside of our reasonable control. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms

- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and active projects.
- Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.

- Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate project information, ensuring site access, and obtaining any permits or approvals required by local regulations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
